These terms form an agreement between you and thisDock LLC (“thisDock,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and govern use of thisDock’s dock-management software and text-messaging notifications. By using the service you agree to these terms. Questions? Email [email protected].

thisDock helps warehouses schedule, track, and manage dock loads, doors, yard moves, and driver arrivals. Operational data is entered by warehouse users and used to run their dock.

Program: thisDock Dock Notifications.
The program sends operational text messages to drivers and warehouse staff — door-ready alerts, gate instructions, and appointment or wait-time updates related to a delivery or pickup.

A driver opts in by entering their mobile number on a warehouse’s gate check-in page (thisdock.com/checkin) and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving dock services.

Message frequency varies based on dock activity (typically a few messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply. thisDock does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and then no further messages.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier conditions and availability.

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse driver contact information.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, thisDock is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
